Welcome to Belvedere International School's Preparatory School!
Belvedere International School’s Preparatory School welcomes children aged 5 to 11, divided into:
- Key Stage 1: Ages 5–7
- Key Stage 2: Ages 8–11
Our engaging curriculum, based on the National Curriculum for England, is adapted to meet the needs of our international community while celebrating UAE traditions and culture. Teaching is tailored to individual learning needs, ensuring each child’s experience is meaningful and enriching.

Key Stage 1 ensures a smooth transition from the Foundation Stage, while Key Stage 2 promotes cross-curricular learning, linking subjects for deeper understanding. Learning extends beyond the classroom through outdoor activities, educational visits, and community projects. Lessons are lively, challenging, and encourage critical thinking and independence.
Our Preparatory School fosters collaborative enquiry, curiosity, and the confidence to apply knowledge in real-life situations, preparing children to make meaningful contributions to society.
We are proud that our Preparatory School’s teaching and care helped earn Belvedere International School a ‘Good’ rating in our latest ADEK inspection. It’s a lovely result that reflects the hard work of our teachers and pupils, and it drives us to keep raising standards as we continue delivering the best British education.
